1. Damaged Items:
We understand that sometimes items may arrive in less than perfect condition. In the event that you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team at (hippierosecreations@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. If the item were to break Hippierosecreations will only send a refund or a new item if a picture is sent within the first 7 days of use via email with your order number.
WARNING:
DO NOT attach anything heavy to the keychain as unnecessary weight may make it snap. Do not pull on it- it does NOT stretch.
Printed/patterned beads are subject to rub after extended use or long term wear as they are a “wrap” on a solid white silicone bead versus just a solid colored bead. Be cautious as chemicals in perfumes, lotions, sunscreens and hand sanitizers can also rub the print off.
SAFETY WARNING: choking hazard.
These items are not toys. Please do not leave babies unattended or unsupervised with these products. These items are deemed to be safe. However, in no case whatsoever does that assumption bind or obligate the seller or creator, or any associated manufacturer, to any responsibility for the item or its use. The buyer is hereby notified that purchase of this item constitutes a contract whereby the buyer assumes any and all responsibility and liability for this item and or the use thereof.
2. Dissatisfaction of Product
Refunds will not be honored for items that you simply dislike or have changed your mind about. We encourage you to carefully review product details and specifications before making a purchase to ensure it meets your expectations. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact our customer service team (hippierosecreations@gmail.com) before placing your order.
3. Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. In the event that the item is to be re-made, you will be provided with a new tracking number proof prior to shipment. This is only in the event there was an error on our end, we want to make things right!
